Facilities were great. Jenna in the spa was truly fantastic! Lunch service very poor and food disappointing. - waited 45 mins for starter. Offered drink as compensation which was welcomed. However, quinoa salad was just a bowl of quinoa. Seasonal veg risotto was just peas and rice (not arborio) and crumble tasted of oven/fridge and served without ice cream or custard. Had to chase up each course.

Loved my spa day, treatments were amazing, afternoon tea delicious, my only criticism would be that there should be a sign saying how many steps there are into the Jacuzzi as you can’t see them for the bubbles, overall though I had a lovely day and would highly recommend.
