The treatments at this spa were exceptional. I cannot fault the facial or massage. On the other hand, the afternoon tea was below average. The staff were questionable at delivering the output required and the food was very underwhelming. Facilities were dated but okay and the grounds were gorgeous.

Had a wonderful spa day. The grounds were exceptional and well kept and we even swam in the outside pool. The treatments were great quality and good value for money and the afternoon tea was just perfect.

The whole day was great. Ladies in the spa and treatments were fantastic. Really recommend. Afternoon tea was good and they provided gluten free option. The ladies providing the treatments couldn’t have worked harder. Outdoor pool was great area to relax in the sun. Hotel need to invest in cleaning - outdoor pool recliners wet covered to bird poop and the changing rooms and toilets were filthy.

Staff very good and attentive. Rooms need to be updated and also the spa area, was more like a swimming pool area not a relaxation area. Been to a spa break before and was a bit disappointed in the room and spa. Grounds are amazing.

I booked the 3 night spa cation stay, was nice on arrival, receptionist was lovely, beautiful grounds, rooms were very clean and tidy, dinner on the first night was pretty fancy and lovely food as well. The breakfast was full English buffet or there was a choice of fresh fruit, pastries and cereal so all in all a good breakfast. The spa is nice there is only a sauna and steam room, and there is an indoor pool and spa pool. The treatments were lovely I had a massage and a facial was amazing, the staff are friendly. Not too far from the marina about a 15 minute walk and a 5 minute drive. Overall a nice experience, kid friendly as I did see quite a few families there. The outdoor pool was nice, was very cold though. But overall was a nice stay. Spa and swimming pool would benefit from a revamp that's my only negative.

The location was great and staff very friendly. We had a slight issue with a treatment but it was resolved and the staff were very good. The outside pool is a plus in good weather, loungers inside would have been a positive for a full spa experience. Parts of the spa are in need of modernisation.
