Receptionist most welcoming and helpful. The treatment was amazing. We had afternoon tea, unfortunately that was a let down. Very little filling, seemed the sandwiches were made early morning and must have been piled up in fridge as they we flat and very cold. The scones were nice though, and so were the cakes. The room we had tea in was very bland, needed some atmosphere. The pool was tired, not a relaxing feeling to it at all.

We had two good days at the Macdonald Botley Hotel and spa. There was good communication on the times of our treatments and also our afternoon tea. We could not have received a more friendly welcome and nothing was too much trouble. My husband had a back massage and I had a facial and manicure. The treatments were provided by Courtney and Daniella and they listened to how we wanted our treatments and ensured we had a pleasant experience. Thank you :)

My friend and I had a fabulous time at the spa and we both had two treatments which were so relaxing. We then had a fantastic 3 course meal in the restaurant that we could not fault. In the morning we had a wide range of breakfast items to choose from. Will return.
