Visited on a spa day to celebrate my daughters birthday. Staff were attentive throughout the day. Excellent facilities and lovely weather so able to use the outdoor pool and Jacuzzi. Had a very relaxing massage and then an amazing afternoon tea and glass of champagne. I feel all of this was excellent value and have recommended Bishopstrow spa to friends and family. Will definitely be coming back again.

Excellent treatment from the moment we arrived. Clean facilities, plenty of huge fluffy towels, an amazing back massage by Emily and one of the best afternoon teas we have ever tasted!

Really quaint small hotel with lovely gardens. We had a lovely day, beautiful treatments, staff were friendly and helpful. We had an afternoon tea with champagne, and it was no hassle for the hotel to cater gluten free! Absolutely blown away by the tea! It was lovely, with lots of goodies! Certainly didn't feel like we missed out because of our dietary requirements. Amazing! Our only down point was that it was rather full/ busy, this was amplified by the outside space not being able to be of use due to it pouring with rain, something that couldn't be helped, however 6/8 pool side loungers wasn't nearly enough. Also the pool areas and changing areas were somewhat tired and a little dated compared to the other beautiful areas of the spa. However on the whole our overall experience was lovely, I think in future we may try a mid week spa trip, to try and pick a quieter time. Thank you for what really was a lovely day!

Had a much needed celebration spa day which included a lovely Elemis facial. From the moment I arrived I received a warm greeting from the beauty therapy staff. All the staff go out of their way to provide good customer service. At the end of the day I had a scrumptious afternoon tea. I will definitely be returning again this year.

The staff were great, the facilities really good. The right number of people, it didn't feel extremely busy at any time. The outdoor Jacuzzi and pool could have been cleaner, lots of debris floating about. Otherwise really good, massage great.
