I spent a wonderful day at this beautiful venue. The staff were helpful and available if needed. Everything was clean and well maintained. My full body massage by Carol was excellent, feeling completely relaxed afterwards. The setting was stunning, as I was able to enjoy the sunny gardens and restaurant in the main hotel building. I would love to return.

Went with my sister as a treat for her 60th - had a really lovely time. The staff were all lovely, friendly and helpful. Both the back,neck and shoulder massage and both ladies who did our massages were very professional.

We arrived at the hotel which is in a stunning location beautiful hotel there is a gate at the side that leads you to the spa through a lovely garden arrived at the spa greeting was lovely how ever the changing rooms are extremely small there isn’t enough room in there for more than 6 people the steam room was closed, the pool was lovely and a sun beds comfy. The spa treatment room were nice, the staff friendly just needs updating in the chill room there were towels all over the furniture I suppose to stop it getting wet. This could be a lovely place if only it was brought up to date.

A wonderful experience at Cotswold House hotel and spa. The staff were really friendly and welcoming, the facilities are great hydrotherapy pool and steam room with refreshments provided. It was quiet with only a few other couples there and we never struggled for space with the loungers, we were often the only ones in the pool etc was delightful. The treatments were had were brilliant too, one of the best facials I’ve had!

This spa offers peace, calm and tranquility. Although small, the facilities are clean, they don’t book more people in than they can give beds to and the staff are extremely attentive and helpful. I booked the pamper day which includes 4 hours spa access, 90 mins of treatments and a glass of Prosecco. The treatments were amazing and I left there feeling very pampered. I will definitely be returning.

An enjoyable experience. I think it was Stephanie who was my masseur. She was friendly and checked that the pressure of the massage met my needs. The female changing area is quite small as is the swimming pool and steam room. The cream tea was delicious. 2 big scones with thick clotted cream and jam. Staff in the restaurant were very helpful and approachable.
