I arrived 10 minutes early and whilst chatting, the receptionist agreed to change my treatment from a massage to a facial, no quibbles at all. All the staff were friendly, approachable and extremely helpful. The facial I received was amazing and I was totally relaxed enough to nod off! As the weather was hot, the doors to the gardens were open and the setting was sublime. Thankfully the spa wasn’t full so getting a bed before and after my treatment was easy. The afternoon tea was varied, I was asked in advance of any allergies or dislikes. Fresh leaf teas were offered, I think a selection of 8 varieties and the dining area was lovely. I would recommend this to others and as it’s close to where I live there is a chance I’ll return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 1 night spa break. Our treatments were our first ever experience of a spa and to share this with my daughter was just perfect. The treatments for a drift away massage and breakfast facial were amazing. So relaxed and a beautiful place to stay, with exceptional staff. As soon as we booked our spa break, the hotel called that day to ask what time we wanted to arrive and booked in our treatment times. Then when we arrived, both staff on the reception were very helpful and polite. The facilities were lovely and we had a great time. We all enjoyed our treatments and the young girl who did my pedicure was just wonderful. She was chatty, polite and checked everything was ok. We had a great break catching up with friends so thank you for supporting us in some much needed child free time 😊
