Facilities were good. Spa reception a little cramp. Hot drinks free. Pool area ok (steam room closed). Open to public not told that there was aqua aerobic class (also children sessions) Lunch was basic service was excellent. This was a cheep getaway so can’t really moan.

The staff were lovely. The massage excellent. Lunch was good although rather cheese heavy. It was the pool area that was not good. Only three sun loungers for a lot of people. No space around the pool to chill.Steam room out of service. Tiles needed a deep clean two children’s sessions so pool full and then an aqua class which filled the pool. I thought the price was good for the massage and lunch but was looking forward to a bit more relaxation. Left earlier than I planned as nowhere to sit.

Excellent value for a lovely lunch and treatment. Just the road closure spoilt it as we were rather late arriving but great day otherwise.

The workers here are really friendly, kind and helpful, especially as my sister couldn't make it they kindly tried to rearrange for us. My massages were great, although you can hear the gym and people banging doors, from the treatment room. This just is not a spa, it's a health club, so be warned you may have to sit for over an hour whilst music is blasted through the pool area whilst the aqua aerobics class is on, everyone likes ABBA, but maybe not when they thought they were going to be relaxing by a spa pool. There is also not that many lounge ares, so wouldn't be great on a busier day. I had nowhere to sit to start off with. Everything was really clean and lunch was lovely and the servers were also lovely. All in all its a really nice health club, but I wouldn't come here again to relax.

Was my mums birthday & hotel seemed to have given us spa lunch rather than afternoon tea. So we got a lot more than expected. Food was lovely and made even better by Freya who was working the bar, 10 out of 10 she was brilliant, helpful, kind and lovely. She went out her way to make my mum’s birthday lunch perfect. Thank you so much Freya All enjoyed the treatment before.
