I met three old school pals for a day of rest, chat, swimming, Jacuzzi and steam! It was fabulous and we can't wait to do it again. The staff we all so lovely and helpful .... until we got to the restaurant. My only grumble (and this is a real shame as the day was brilliant) was that we were all starving by the time we had our cream tea. The single scone was tiny. When I asked if I could buy a second scone for each of us I was told it would be Ā£7.50 per scone (yes, Ā£30 in total) as I had to buy 4 complete cream teams! Come on Best Western. You can do better than that. Sell your customers a scone if they want one!

Had a lovely spa day, nice warm pool, great food and fabulous massage. Being bank holiday it was a bit busy with families but that's to be expected. The loungers by the pool weren't the most comfortable and the pool area was a little tired in places but still lovely.

Took my friend to the spa for her birthday. Was so lovey! The spa and treatments were amazing! However we were told we could go for our cream tea anytime, we went to the restaurant and the lady who worked in the restaurant rolled her eyes and said they werenāt told we were coming and it will take a while (only took 15 minutes) which made us feel a bit uncomfortable while having our cream tea.
