My mom and I had a fabulous time relaxing as a birthday treat! The food was amazing, facilities clean and modern and within a 5 minute walk of Stratford high street! Staff were friendly and helpful! Can’t recommend enough!

Great location to be able to enjoy Stratford. The spa treatments were good, but limited seating area in the waiting relaxation area. Limited seating by the pool, it was a hotel with a pool plus treatment space. Lovely for a night away with friends but not if it was a romantic break with a partner. It wasn't relaxing in the pool area with children playing loudly and splashing everywhere. Sauna and steam room. Were fine but small. Hotel was clean and tidy, with a nice breakfast. Rooms very warm but did provide a fan. Would stay again but with friends and if wanting to stay in Stratford.

We had a lovely spa break at this historic hotel. The spa and hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, food was good and the spa treatments were great. This was an annual catch up with my best friend who was on vacation from the Caribbean.

Beautiful period hotel and the staff were super helpful and friendly. The location is perfect and just a 5 minute walk into the town centre. The spa was lovely and the staff very professional. My friend and I both had a facial which was relaxing and the effects were visible.
