Our spa experience was so relaxing we had a massage and facial. The relaxation area is perfect. All the facilities were lovely. Our overnight stay was amazing the room was huge and we ate in the Tipi restaurant which was an amazing experience. The overall atmosphere is amazing across the hotel as well.

Arrived early and was able to enjoy the relaxation room and bar area. We’re a little disappointed that we were unable to use the pool as soon as we arrived but it was explained that it was monitored to prevent overcrowding in the pool area. The afternoon tea was delicious and served in the main dining area which was beautifully laid out with views of the hotel grounds. We then enjoyed a swim and use of the Jacuzzi before going for our treatment. The treatment was fabulous. So relaxing. I had a back and neck massage and facial. My therapist was kind friendly and highly skilled. She used a range of lovely products which all enhanced my experience. All the products were listed so I had the option to purchase any from the main reception. I will definitely go back I very much enjoyed the experience.

We were a group of 8 with a spa treatment and afternoon tea. The only let down was that the afternoon tea should have been at 12.00. The restaurant had us booked in for 12.30. We did not receive our tea until 13.10, which only gave three of us 20 minutes to eat before our treatment at 13.30. This was not down to the spa, but the hotel. All of us had an amazing afternoon and were all very impressed with the treatment. Such a beautiful setting. Will definitely come back for the Spa, but probably miss out the afternoon tea. Thank you.

I cannot fault this. The staff were so good and a really good experience for my wife and I. The afternoon tea was delightful. Massage was perfect. We only booked in for an afternoon but next time we will go for an overnight.
