My morning started with a wonderful back and shoulders massage. The therapist gently worked on the spots that needed it most and I felt so much better afterwards. The gym is well equipped with nice views out of the window of greenery. I really loved the pool set up with different lanes for everyone’s needs and adjacent Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. The cafe is a great place to enjoy a coffee and sweet treat (or healthy option) and ease back into the outside world.

The staff could not have been more helpful. We had a tour upon arrival and a complementary drink before we had our relaxing treatments. Lunch was delicious and once again, service was superb. All facilities are high quality and very clean. We will definitely be returning. Thank you Bannatyne a much needed relaxation day thoroughly enjoyed by us both.

Had a lovely day at the Bristol Bannatyne Spa, the changing rooms were clean and well thought out. The pool was a good temperature and the cafe had lots of great food and smoothies. My scrub and soothe treatment was very good, making me feel very relaxed.

My Mum and I visited this spa in March. My Mum had had a medical issue so couldn't have the massage she'd booked, but the staff handled the situation brilliantly and offered her what turned out to be a great alternative. All my treatments and hers were amazing and we all had a great natter over our manicures at the end. Really great staff - thank you.
