Booked the Twilight Spa for myself & my 2 daughters to celebrate daughter’s 30th birthday. Our first impressions were ‘beautiful hotel’. We checked into the Cedarwood Spa reception & receptionist was expecting us. Unfortunately I forgot to take the confirmation print out from SpaSeekers & there was confusion over whether we had courtesy towels slippers & robe included (which we had) or a £5 non refundable payment . The email confirmation I had on my phone didn’t confirm this! Eventually another member of staff intervened & gave us our towels & robes etc. The leisure area was lovely, the pool was nice, not as warm as we’d hoped & the Jacuzzi was perfect, along with steam & sauna. We relaxed for an hour before our treatments & after. The facial was so relaxing & wonderful. My daughter loved her scalp massage too. We had a lovely meal in the Cast Iron Restaurant & the staff overheard it was my daughters birthday & surprised her with a cake & candles. Fantastic experience thank you.

Visited the Spa with a friend. We enjoyed the Spa treatment and the staff were friendly and helpful. We were disappointed when we arrived at the swimming pool as only half was assessible due to children’s swimming lessons. We did not feel it was very relaxing and slit of the beds were taken by the Children’s parents! I think this should be explained before booking? Also the Bar/Cafe was the Golf bar and me & my friend did not feel too comfortable sitting in our dressing gowns with a lot of men around. We would not go again . A bit disappointed!

I had problems with the booking but the actual experience was quite nice although my back massage was a bit too rough and she scratched me a lot. The spa area was very nice, relaxing and clean although the pool area and particularly the changing rooms were a bit tired. We had a lovely meal included in the price in the main restaurant of the hotel.

Great treatments just shame about aging decor, changing rooms could do with a refurb. Was a bit rushed after the treatments as spa closes at 6pm. Great value experience though and dinner buffet was amazing!!😁
