From arrival to departure, we were made so welcome. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Our lunch was really nice. Our treatments were so good. It really exceeded our expectations. We will be returning for a Christmas treat.

Me and my friend had a lovely evening at Moor Hall and it was a very relaxing time. The only thing I would say is when we had a shower the showers were not very clean. The staff were extremely friendly, especially the girl who told us all about the spa experience when we arrived. We were taken for our food which again was lovely but there was quite a bit of a wait and the chips were cold when they arrived. We were seated on our own and wasn’t told when our food would arrive so I did have to get up and ask, it did arrive shortly after.

Food, facilities, all staff especially the girl and girl running the spa reception were great, we had to wait a little time for our spa lunch and there was a delay with the fries we had ordered, but it was so relaxing to sit in our robes in the garden, time didn’t matter. We will return for sure!
