Had a fab day with my daughter. Staff were lovely and very accommodating with regards to our treatment times etc. A very generous high tea, we couldn't eat it all. We both loved the inclusive 55 minute massage.

Had a great time the ladies were lovely and explained everything that our booking in tailed. We were told where the changing room was but the only thing was we had to get changed in the toilet as there is no cubicles. The spa area was clean and well set out. The pool was cold but got used to it but would say that it need to be a little warmer. Felt relax and the ladies were happy to help if we had questions. The afternoon tea was good. Over all my daughter and I had a a great time.

I arrived at the spa to be welcomed by the staff. I decided to have my lunch first as I was late arriving. I chose a starter & main course from a set menu which was very nice. I had the pool sauna & steam room to myself. I laid on the relaxing loungers listening to relaxing music. Very enjoyable day.

Lovely day - really friendly people and a very relaxing day. My only complaint is they had the TV on in the restaurant with the news on which is the least relaxing thing ever so I asked if they could change it and then we got RAP on a music channel which again wasn’t relaxing. Maybe look at your target audience and put on MAGIC channel but otherwise it was a great day and we’d definitely go back.

Good value spa trip, great place to meet with friends, food was fabulous and everything was clean. Enjoyed mini facial of 25 mins, and was very excited for a full manicure and pedicure (1hr50mins) but felt a little cheated. My feet & nails were shown the file but it barely touched my feet or nails for all of 20 seconds and my nail polish looks like I’ve got 3 weeks growth and it’s only been 4 days. I would go back but I’d prob avoid the treatments or maybe just have a back massage - can’t really go wrong with one of those.
