Very straight forward booking experience with spa seekers and helpful advisors! The spa itself was very nice and had a good number of facilities to use. The only down side was being told by the receptionist that I hadn’t booked the treatment I did. After showing him my booking confirmation with the treatment on, he was very unhelpful and said sorry I have to have the one they’re offering. A facial rather than a massage which is hardly much effort to change (being a beauty therapist myself). The therapist was very nice and said she’d add a bit of massage on my back during my facial so I didn’t go without completely but still very sad that I didn’t get what I booked for and the unhelpful receptionist. Her treatment was very lovely and relaxing! Otherwise the facilities was nice and drinks were included alongside a nice afternoon tea!

Were shown around the spa and the pool complex and given gowns and slippers. These were of good quality and fitted well. Swam in lovely pool. Spent some time in tranquility lounge although there was some loud banging coming from within the complex and quite a few comings and goings we still managed to relax. Had a full body massage followed by an extremely nice afternoon tea in the hotel restaurant.

Arrived at the East Sussex National for their unwind and dine spa break. Fabulous surroundings, large comfortable room, excellent facilities and an impressive choice of menus. The spa staff were welcoming and friendly and it was a delight to feel so relaxed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

5 stars, had a relaxing stay, bed was comfortable & the pillows. It was a king size bed instead of a double . Room was clean everywhere was clean. Afternoon tea was lovely same as the evening meal. Breakfast was good nice selection of food. Everyone very helpful and happy in the hotel. Looking forward to going back! Oh spa was really good treatments where excellent pool /spa was all very clean 5 star .

We stayed here with friends in April 2023. Three of us played golf on the East Course, which was challenging but maintained to a very high standard. Our partners enjoyed a treatment in the spa and full use of the facilities. Everything, including dinner and breakfast was exceptional and we would definitely use this hotel again.
