Booked the spa day for me and my friend as she wanted a back massage. Such good price, good treatments and nice spa facilities, would highly recommend! The little lunch box was cute and nice too and not too expensive if you wanted an alcoholic drink. We stayed at the hotel for the night too and the staff have been very helpful and the hotel appears very clean.

The massage was fantastic, I changed the manicure to a pedicure which was excellent and the facial was really relaxing I couldn't fault the massage therapy part of the spa experience. There are a few small tweaks I would make to the pool part that would enhance the experience such as the steam room needs the temperature turning down 2 degrees as I love a steam room over the sauna but it was too hot. I was impressed by the spa side of things especially as they cater for cancer patients, not many places including me know that the massage is different for someone having chemotherapy.

Very relaxing staff polite and helpful. The only thing that lets the spa down is the showers, too hot, couldn’t put the dial to cooler but broken. The lockers need an upgrade, couldn’t lock it or open it with difficulty, very annoying. The toilets and dryer need a look at. Door locks need new ones, shabby.

We were three ladies who chose to spend a spa day at Mercure Manchester Norton Grange Hotel. Booking was made via SpaSeekers website and the booking experience was very positive. Everything was straightforward and quick. The different sauna rooms, ice room and Jacuzzi, swimming pool were all in working order and clean. Unlimited coffee, tea and water were available and included in the package price. Lunch box provided were also quite good and the cheesecake was absolutely delicious. The chosen treatment (back massage and facial) were done very professionally and I especially would like to thank Josh who was absolutely brilliant at it. We thoroughly enjoyed the relaxation room. All facilities clean, staff very polite and professional and the place is definitely worth returning. We had a most fabulous SPA day and thank you all for that enjoyable experience.

Me and my daughter was greeted by two friendly and helpful staff members who, explained how the day would run, showed us around the facilities, took our medical and dietary information. They even lent us a £1 for the lockers. We quickly changed and went to make use of the facilities, pool, saunas ice room etc. We both went upstairs where we could get hot or cold drinks and there was a bar if you would like to purchase alcoholic beverages. We went through for treatments, my therapist did both my facial and back massage, which was ok. Though as a previously trained therapist I knew the facial wasn’t following the Declor protocol. The facial massage was poor, as in no different from the cleansing routine. The back massage was much the same, some nice movements but not consistent on both sides. My daughters facial therapist sounded fabulous. Lunch was tasty and fresh and served by lovely staff. All areas were clean and well kept. Lovely relaxing atmosphere.
