I came to the spa and had a back massage. My experience was amazing from start to end. My partner got caught up at work and was a hour late. The receptionist rearranged our treatment and we still got the full 4 hour experience in the spa. They were very understanding and made us feel very welcomed. The back massages was 10/10 for us both. We came out the spa feeling amazing. We will be back again soon. Thank you

Really lovely pool which was exactly as it looks in the pictures. It stood out from others I have been to as it had a lovely cage area with bar. Drinks were served in plastic glasses and it was really nice to be able to enjoy a glass of prosecco whilst in the hot tub. Foot spa was really nice to and felt extra special as it is not something I have experienced before. Treatments were nice and there was no sales push of products afterwards. The only downsides are that the pool is quite small and open to all hotel guests so was too busy to actually swim in. This didn't spoil our day at all though as we were there to relax and there was plenty of space everywhere else.
