Staff incredibly friendly and helpful from reception staff to spa staff and at the bar. Facilities in the spa good, just a lot of people but that couldn’t be helped. Really liked the relaxation room upstairs with spa loungers. Afternoon tea was lovely with warm scones and a variety of sandwiches and cakes. The deep fried brie was a very nice addition! Only thing I’d say it there was a lot of cake which normally I’m very up for as have a huge sweet tooth but was a lot even for me.

First time going for a spa break. Never imagined such a beautiful place and the service was amazing. The hotel room was well equipped and very clean. The spa was amazing with swimming, sauna and Jacuzzi. Loved every single minute. Being a carer for my older brother this was a special treat and well in need. Made me free whole again. Thank you to the staff who took care of me. Will definitely go again.

There was a mix up over the scheduled timings for treatments. This also resulted in my daughter having to find someone to collect her children. I prefer to use the pool area before treatments in order to avoid washing off the lovely and expensive oils and lotions. I didn’t therefore, use the steam rooms or sauna after my facial. This was a shame. The treatments were excellent the staff lovely and incredibly professional. Lunch was very good. Was charged a service charge on a bottle of wine. This was not made clear beforehand. The hotel and pool area are spotless. This is probably the best spa experience I have had to date. I have had many. Well worth the money. If the booking times had been correct this would be 5 star.

From reception to the lunch service the staff were friendly, welcoming & efficient. The facilities were clean and well equipped and the timed usage of them prevented it from becoming so busy you felt overwhelmed by people. The treatments were lovely and relaxing and the food at lunch was tasty and well presented. All in all a fabulous day of relaxation and treats.
