It was my first there and I must say that me and my partner felt very relaxed and loved the atmosphere. Robyn was our masseuse, she was very friendly and calm. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Lovely friendly staff. Thank you for a nice day. Decent facilities but no actual spa which was disappointing. However, we made use of the sauna and steam room. The hotel is quite dated and in need of a refurbish but this does not take away from the lovely day we had. The staff were fab, lovely service, amazing massage and delicious food.

Spa treatments were amazing and the staff were really friendly and professional. Best massage I've had in a long time. Swimming pool, sauna and changing rooms were really nice. Steam room and showers need a bit of attention but didn't put me off entirely. Hotel staff were really good. Upgraded room to a suite which was lovely but still quite small but very comfortable. No prosecco as stated in the package. The upgrade of the room entitled us to a bottle of wine which wasn't there when we arrived but taken up when we asked for it. Option of having breakfast delivered to room for an extra tray charge of £8 which was worth it as it was really nice. Evening meal was really nice too. Overall a very nice hotel and really enjoyed the treatments. The hotel decor does need some attention but the grounds are lovely as we're the staff.

Great facilities, only down side was size of changing room, at time of visit there was no more than 5 ladies changing and it felt cramped. Everything was spotlessly clean. Victoria was lovely, treatment was great, totally relaxing. High tea was nice restaurant staff attentive. Setting was lovely very tranquil. Will be returning and recommending to friends and family.

The 2 night ultimate spa break was enjoyable. The hotel was very busy with weddings on both nights, but the pool was not overly busy, I thought a Jacuzzi would have been beneficial but they don't have one. Food was good but we chose to go out the second night just down the road and that was lovely, rooms are ok but tired could do with a refurbish.
