My partner and I had a lovely day at Bannatyne Fairfield. It totally exceeded expectations: the building of the spa itself is beautiful, the treatments were expertly done, it wasn't too busy (especially for a Saturday), it was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. Only the showers right next to the pool & steam room were out of order (and they weren't, they were just cold), everything else was perfect. Ordering through SpaSeekers was easy and I used my Tesco Clubcard vouchers which was great.

I went with a friend and we had an amazing time in general. There were a few things that really spoiled the experience for us. The day of our visit the cafe was our of service so no food was being served. We were able to bring our own food. The steam room wasn't working either that day. During our treatments, there was construction work going on outside. The scalp massage was heavenly. The reception staff also told us we couldn't use the heated loungers throughout the day and that it was only for before our treatments which was disappointing but on asking the staff in the spa and expressing our disappointment they informed us this was not the case and that we could go back whenever we wanted. Admittedly, we had a wonderful time and the treatments and the staff were so lovely. But lots of small things added up throughout the day which put a pampner on things. I would go again.

A lovely and relaxing spa day, staff very friendly and helpful. Very clean. The only let down was the food the chips were over cooked and not nice. The toasted cheese and ham sandwich wasn’t worth the money. Other than that a fantastic day.
