Great spa, not to busy. The treatments were great.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Pendley. We normally go to a well known chain but wanted to try somewhere different. The treatments were absolutely wonderful, best message we’ve had anywhere and there were nice little touches like individual shampoo, conditioner and body wash along with our robes and flip flops. There were 10 of us doing the spa day in the hotel so you had almost exclusive use of the pool, sauna and steam room so lacked a bit of atmosphere but created a really relaxing environment. Staff couldn’t have been more lovely. Grounds were lovely and we enjoyed seeing the peacocks stroll around, even though me did steal the grapes from our cheeseboard! If you are petite then you might find the one size fits all flip flops and robe a bit big, I would definitely bring my own flip flops if I came again. All in all a lovely day in a lovely setting, easy to get to and amazing value through SpaSeekers.

We had a lovely relaxing day at Pendley Manor. Set in beautiful grounds with plenty of room to park. Lovely welcome from all staff. Given a tour of hotel and spa - lots of corridors to navigate between spa and pool area so tour needed. Facial was lovely, just went too fast! Pool area, sauna and steam room was great, we had the while area to ourselves for the majority of the morning. Afternoon tea was beautiful and very tasty, even offered a box to take leftovers home. The only negatives were spa changing rooms were a trek from the pool area and no cubicles to change, had to use toilets. Also when we first arrived at the pool a very energetic family were there, which was quite noisy - maybe an idea to have designated family/child times or days as it spoils the relaxing atmosphere. Luckily not for long. Very pleasant place, I am returning this weekend for an overnight stay. Thank you to all staff both at hotel and SpaSeekers - great service.

Nice, friendly hotel, great afternoon tea and good massage, swimming pool was rather small but only 3 of us in there so was fine.

This was a fantastic day, myself and my sister in law, found this to be very relaxing, we had full use of the facilities in the morning and the had a lovely lunch. We had a couple of treatments in the afternoon, which were amazing. Although the staff are very kind and fantastic, I was surprised by the lack of equipment (for the pedicure area) knowing that this is a spa and well known. To comment on this I would say, that the staff are at risk of causing them self so sort of discomfort or injury, without having the proper trolley or area to work in, it was cramped for the staff to be able to do the job. But over all we was so happy with our ultimate spa day.

Lovely venue, beautiful gardens if you fancy a walk. Staff were very friendly and extremely accommodating. Only thing I would have liked is a warm calm place to lounge after my massage but not the swimming pool area. Loungers outside may have been nice too. Overall would recommend for treatments. We didn't eat there but our inclusive smoothies were delicious.
