I was on the phone with Annalea Coleman who was able to book me in when the date wasn't available on the SpaSeekers website. She provided great customer service, was very kind and patient with me. The experience at the spa was good. I enjoyed the lunch. The massage was also nice as was the masseuse. However, I would have preferred a slightly more firm massage.

This is my second time at this spa and would 100% come back again. The staff are friendly and are happy to accommodate. All the facilities are great at the spa, with snacks and a cup of tea given after the massage. As well as robes and slippers were given beforehand, made us feel very special. One of us in the party had an allergy to strawberries, and the kitchen team provided different/ alternatives sweet/ savoury items for the Afternoon Tea so they were left out.
