The treatments were lovely and relaxing.The facilities were quite overcrowded - would have been a lot more pleasant experience with far fewer people around. We couldn't get a lounger by the pool so after doing swim, sauna and steam we left early! Lots of kids in pool too so not too relaxing.

I had the 50min signature facial using organic seaweed-based products, and my skin felt lovely afterwards. It also included a scalp massage which was so relaxing. The therapist (Sandra, I think) did an amazing job! There was also a calm relaxation area with drinks for before and after. The pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room were all clean and a decent size, and we enjoyed using them. The staff were very helpful and friendly too. I would recommend!

Really friendly staff. Treatments were good and they were flexible when we got there about us changing what treatments we had. Good experience overall. Only negative point is that it was quite dirty in the pool area and changing room. There were lots of hairs on the floor!
