Went on a spa half day with my daughter. Great value for money for where it is located. Fairly basic, it felt more like a fitness club for locals. However if you are looking for a reasonably priced treat in central London it ticks all the boxes. Treatments were very good.

The treatments themselves were amazing. The facial from Luca (apologies if I’ve misspelt) was fantastic, and he was so friendly and relaxing. The relaxation room was lovely, could have nodded off happily and the pool, sauna and steam room were all clean and well maintained. A few things could do with some improvements: - size of dressing gowns - I’m a UK18/20 and the largest available was still far too small and I had to wear a robe brought from home - toilets in the ladies changing room were missing loo seats and soap and towels - really poor and unhygienic.
