The spa element of the hotel is really nice, treatment was great - shout out to Saba who was really professional. Overall I really enjoyed the experience. The only thing I will say, elements of the experience e.g steam room and pool are in the leisure centre, so although the spa bit was really nice, we moved to the pool after and it was full of kids having swimming lessons etc. The sauna was out of action but I would recommend waiting until it’s fixed and then maybe visiting in the week (school time) if you are able to as I think this will much improve the experience! Definitely worth a trip if you’re a bit low on money but want a treatment and a half day out but can’t recommend it as a “luxury” experience.

Visited for my daughter’s birthday, all booked in for massage and facial. It was amazing, had a lovely therapist. Special mention for the young man working in the health club on 24.08.23, so welcoming, friendly and professional. Really enjoyed our experience, excellent value for money too.

The spa day was very enjoyable, only let down slightly by a couple of things. Firstly, when we collected our towels and robes we were told the delivery of slippers had not arrived yet so they didn't have any to give us (I hadn't brought any with me and hated walking barefoot). Upon checking in we were told the sauna was closed at the moment due to refurbishments, we were not told about this prior to booking. Both of these things didn't impact our day hugely as we still had a nice time enjoying the steam room, Jacuzzi and the pool. The massage and facial treatment we received was lovely and the staff were friendly. Overall, it was a nice day.

Group of 5 ladies for my daughters 30th birthday. Sauna was out of order a bit disappointing, but the rest of the facilities were available, lovely big pool. Relaxing treatments with friendly staff. Having use of facilities all day is great, but nowhere to get a coffee or snack, I asked a member of staff who told me there was only the main hotel restaurant, or San Carlos next door, but we didn’t want to go there in our robes! Decided to leave a bit early to get lunch somewhere else, but then there was no hot water in the showers so we just got dressed. Overall we had a good visit but some elements were very disappointing.

I was so impressed with this spa on so many levels. Firstly the staff were so helpful and went above and beyond to remedy a staffing issue to enable my friend and I to have the spa day we had been looking forward to for so long. The massage we both received was exceptional. Vicky knew exactly where my problem areas were and an ongoing problem area, as a result feels a lot loser and easier to live with. Justina who massaged my friend was extremely knowledgeable and gave very sound advice along with ongoing exercises for my friends condition. The facilities were clean and the whole ambiance was so relaxing. I feel like we were truly pampered, just what we both needed after a stressful few months and dealing with menopause!! I would highly recommend the spa, the treatments and the staff. I will definitely be back.
